CRDA seeks new proposals for Atlantic City grocery

In the 1993 comedy film “Groundhog Day,” Bill Murray’s character finds himself reliving the same day over and over and over.

This Groundhog Day, the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority posted a request for proposals for a new grocery store for the city, with hopes it will not relive 2022.
